Interesting you share this as we too have been noticing how textured the clouds are too…. But we are in France! Must be something in the atmosphere making the clouds so wispy and unique around the world. More than just clumps of cotton wool 😉
Oh really? I thought they are an SA phenomenon as ive been noticing them since we moved here two yrs ago! But now that you mention. ..will need to check it out.
